XP and Direct X9 confirmed as not supported

Mike Oldman (aka Mycoldman, Community Manager) has confirmed that Just Cause 2 does not support XP or Direct X9. The reasons are as follows:
Yes that is true... there is no XP support for Just Cause 2. This is because the game has been written to take advantage of the extra performance offered by Direct X10 and sadly Windows XP does not support that application..
